Marketing Management of Escapada singular

Escapadasingular.com is a ecommerce that promotes singular experiences and houses for renting in Catalonia During 2019 to 2022, working as a project manager in TCPgrup Consultancy, I was responsible for managing the account of Penedès Turisme Consortium, located in Catalonia.

In particular, in the project shown, I took charge of:

  • Website layout designing

  • Checkout flow designing

  • Writing website contents

  • Developing an effective SEO strategy

  • Designing of a dashboard that shows the sales results of the ecommerce
